Cisco Fran LLC provides relocation consulting services to individuals and families seeking to relocate to Pattaya, Thailand. Our services include personal consultations, relocation planning, community access, and referrals to trusted third-party partners including visa services, real estate, and other providers.
We do not provide legal advice, immigration legal services, or financial advice. All visa-related services are handled by our trusted partner, De Luxe 18 Real Estate. Cisco Fran LLC acts as a consulting and referral service only.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the full amount listed at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.
Appointments are booked through Calendly following payment. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows without prior notice may forfeit the session.
By submitting your email address on our website, you agree to receive communications from Cisco Fran LLC including our free relocation checklist and occasional updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from relocation. Results vary based on individual circumstances, decisions, and factors outside our control.
Cisco Fran LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our advice. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We refer clients to third-party providers including De Luxe 18 Real Estate for visa and property services. We are not responsible for the actions, quality, or outcomes of third-party services, though we only refer to partners we personally trust.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
